INTRODUCTION
Business environment is the sum of collection of internal and external factor such as
employees, customers and needs of the individual for the well define manner. These factors
affect the function of the company and how a company works directly or indirectly. Sum of these
factors influences the companies or business organisations environment and situation (Al Harthy,
2019). The present report is bases upon the Crown Prosecution Service which is an public
organisation for conducting criminal prosecution in England. The another company is British
Heart foundation which is an volunteer organisation which was founded in year 1961 in UK. At
last the private company is Ford which is an private company at it was founded in year 1903 and
its headquarter is located in Michigan U.S . Along with this, it provide brief information about
the legal structure of the organisation which are mentioned in the report. Further this covers
external as well internal environment because this help in making effective decision for the
company. Apart from this SOWT analysis have been taken into consideration as this aid in
identifying the business opportunity in the well define manner.

voluntary organisation. Every organisation plays an vital role in managing the resources
effectively and earn profit from the market. The vision of the company help the firm to gain
guidelines which is beneficial for making plan in the well define manner. Along with this, it help
in making effective decision for the company which create brand image in the market. Here the
three types of sector which are explained briefly down below:
Public Sector: This is the type of organisation that include those types of enterprise by
the government. Such companies are controlled and regulated by the government in the well
define manner. These are the companies which work for the public and do not indulge in profit
making. The Crown prosecution service come under public sector which conducted the criminal
prosecution. The main responsibility of CPS is to provide legal advice to the police and other
investigation agencies.
Legal Structure- It is determine that company follow legal structure of public
organisation which is wholly funded and controlled by government. In addition to this, public

limited companies has more than two owners and shareholders as well. Moreover, they can sell
their shares to the general public whosoever have the interest in company. This form of company
gain the advantage of greater continuity and can easily transfer share. Further, it is determine that
establishing public organisation is expensive and consist of lot of legal formalities.
Private sector: In this sector the firm is controlled by the individual person and have
more than 51% share in the company. All the decision are taken by the board of members and
usually they work for profit making . This help in the growth and development of economy and
government have less interference in the company. Ford has been chosen for the private sector
which deals in automotive sector and its headquarter is located in Michigan. The company have
done joint venture in china and listed in New York stock exchange and the major decision are
taken by the ford family. They have manufacturing plant all over the world and have they
recently made luxury cars for the people (Chepkwei, 2019).
Legal Structure of company: It is analysed that legal structure of such organisation is based ion
the functions and operations as well. In context to Ford, it is determine that it make use of private
limited company structure in which there is mote than one owner ans shareholders exist. In
addition to this, the owner of private organisation have limited liability and they enjoy the
benefit of greater capital. In Ford, the overall responsibility and authority of taking decision is in
the hands of higher authorities such as Board of directors, chief executive officer and so on.
Moreover, they take decision after considering the external and internal environment factors.
Voluntary organisation: This is the type organisation which runs on charity and they do
not have the motive to earn profitability. They are made for the growth and development of the
society. There main objective is to fulfil the needs and wants of the customers to make the world
a better place. The British heart foundation is an voluntary organisation which was founded in
year 1961 which medical professionals who are concerned about the increasing the death rate.
The main funds comes from the cardiovascular research. As they also take care about education
of the people. In order to increase the income the organisation tends to increase the impact of the
work as this will attract more and more customers.

forms of organisation such as private, public and voluntary as well. Below is the size and scope
of organisations:
Private Organisation- Ford

. The company headquarter in Detroit, Michigan. This private organisation was founded by
Henry Ford in the year 1903.
Products and Services: The products of Ford are SUVs, commercial vehicles, luxury
vehicles, automotive parts, trucks and so on. The services which it offered to customers are
Vehicle service, automotive finance, Vehicle leasing and many more.
Size and scope : Ford has wide scope as it gives high quality service to customers which
in turns builds loyal customers for the company. The company have around 1,76,000 talented
and skilled employees and have greater than 67 plants worldwide. It helps company to enhance

usage of oil.

conduct prosecution and offend the right people and it headquarter in London.

Every organization have different departments which performs different activities and
function in an effective manner (Giones and Berger, 2019). These departments works for the
common objective of the organization. An organization consist of marketing, finance, sales, IT,
human resources, sales, R& D and many more functions. In context to Ford, it is an automobile
company basically deals in manufacturing of commercial vehicles or luxury cars. The company
have different departments and their activities are divided among these departments so that
objectives can be attained with in specified time period. The inter relatedness among these
departments are as follows:
Marketing Department & sales Department : The sales department of a company give
information about customer taste,customer feedback, customer preferences to marketing
department so that they can build promotional strategies according to it. It is totally depend on
sales person how it effectively use the information of product in front of customer. There is a
direct relationship among marketing and sales department as both are working to increases
