Description of
project The project pertains to the recruitment of a sales team at Wollongong
store. This is in view of the declining condition of the current sales
report presented by the Finance manager. Supervision from Jason and
Mary would be assistance in terms of completing the project related
activities efficiently and effectively. This is with due consideration of the
mission of providing quality products and achieving customer
satisfaction, which helps in standardization of the business to the
standards of emerging as a market leader in the threshold of Australia.

Adopting strategies and frameworks would be effective in terms of
systematizing the project related activities. Assessment of the
developed strategies through the three levels of corporate, business
and functional would assist in mapping the values and benefits and
harms, which can be achieved for enhancing the profitability. Audits,
review and evaluation is apt in terms of measuring the feasibility of the
strategies in the competitive ambience of the market.
Goal/KPIs Goals:
 To conduct Quality Control tests
 To increase the foot traffic in accordance to the revenue earned
from the store operations each day
 Adopt social media marketing for enhancing the trafficking of
the audience
 Establish contact with the trade union members for controlling
