Executive summary
The main aim of this report is to identify the perspectives of management. It is founded that
firm can implement significant communication strategies to gain productivity in a particular
time. It is evaluated that natural occurring information is collected through current sources for
reaching legal conclusion. It is also addressed that Myers Briggs type indicator tool is used to
create views with respect to others and practices the attitudes according the views and
opinion. It is also identified that SWOT assessment is utilized in terms of addressing the self-
assessment perspectives. Furthermore, feedback was taken from friends to identify my skills
and competencies. It is illustrated that self-improvement is required for continuous
enhancement.

Introduction
In this, the naturally occurring information aids to examine the performance of ANZ
bank. I have positive experienced with the ANZ bank. I collected the data in favour of this
firm due to improving their performance. This study demonstrates many features of
executives, which could be vital in improving ANZ bank performance. This report critically
evaluates many self-assessment tools that are used by me to improve my personality named
as SWOT, Gallup model, and Myers-Brigs Type Indicator (MBTI). In last, it discusses ways
for self-improvement.
Summary of Assignment 1
With the evaluation of the last Assignment, it is assessed that a powerful hierarchical
structure could offer a diagram that will be considered by the worker. The organization has
made its effective structure due to enhancing their production level in minimum time and
available resources (Yorio, Willmer, & Moore, 2015). Further, ANZ bank has always made
an open communication culture at the working place due to sustaining their position in the
marketplace. This approach could allow the employees of this bank to make a transparent
relationship with each other and effectively complete their task. It is founded that ANZ bank
has also used many motivational tools as it could be in terms of financial and non-financial to
encourage their teammates for positively working in the working place. This tool is effective
for retain their employee for long term. It is also stated that this organization has deeply
evaluated factors that affected to the overall performance of the organization (Wang, Fraj,
Narayana, Patil, D., Mulay, Bangar, & Ruiz, 2017).

The naturally occurring data could be a crucial part of the organization as it allows the
firm for operating their business. (Teece, 2019). There are various types of techniques that
could be employed to obtain the naturally occurring information named as messages and
