Sustainable practices are adopted by the brands on a long term basis for sustaining the
resources for the future generation. The approach towards consuming the resources is
judicious, which enhances the corporate social responsibility. In case of the development
of public programs, this sustainability is of prime importance in terms of achieving large
scale customer satisfaction. Using effective, integrated and sustainable systems is
effective in terms of ensuring the wellbeing of the clients and customers. Sustainability is
vital for maintaining the pace with the altering conditions of the market and the needs of
the customers. This alteration also reflects the altered funding opportunities, which
results in the introduction of quality services for the customers, especially the community
groups.
The principles of sustainability are based on the parameters of economic, social and
environmental. In the business terminology, these parameters are considered as the
triple bottom line approach, where the main aim is the enhancing the profit margin
through accumulating greater market share, involving the stakeholders and
shareholders. In the context of the library program of Azure Library, aim is to involve
more community people into the cultural shows and events. Environmental directives are
followed for conserving the resources for the use of the future generation. Involving the
community groups in the decision making process and the feedbacks is the initiative
towards empowering them and ensuring that their standards of living is enhanced.
Strategic management in this direction would make the planet, a better place to live, for
the community groups.

Monday.com is beneficial for the brands in terms of the planning the activities and
monitor it to ensure that it is in accordance to the identified and specified requirements.
The software is a customized tool, which helps the personnel to clarify the work division
and gain insights on the progress. One of the main features of this software is that it acts
assistance in terms of setting deadlines, responsibilities and timelines on excel sheets.
One of the other software can be Simio, which is assistance in terms of conducting risk
assessment and management of the constructed plans. This software is also assistance
in terms of managing the processes through the PDCA cycle. There is also a provision
for optimization, which would be assistance for the personnel of the Azure Library to
optimize the search and reach to the direct conclusions regarding planning quality

Copyrights adversely influences the third party interventions and competitors’ strategies
regarding creativity. The copyrights have a logo, which is exclusive to the company and
is protected by the copyright law. Registration for the copyrights results in the
infringements, which can hack the work and sue for the damage.
Moral rights involves the claims regarding the ownership of work. In this context, mention
can be made of the right to integrity, which is assistance in terms of preventing the
instances of distortion, mutilation and tampering of the original plans and strategies to
conduct the events and program like that of the Talent Hunt for the community groups.
Privacy is an essential component, which helps in the achievement of trust from the
clients and customers. In this context of the event for the community groups, Azure
library needs to implement Data Protection Act (1998) into the activities, especially in the
process of data collection, so that the responses provided by the samples are protected

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures- Consideration of this culture is
needed in terms of enhancing the knowledge and awareness of the audience
towards integral dynamics, which prevail in the subcultures. This knowledge is
effective for Azure Library to revise the diversity policies accordingly.
Child protection- Child protection is needed for providing the necessary care,
affection and love to the children, so that the instances of violence and abuse can
be averted. Protection laws and policies are revised for ensuring that the children
receive the quality services, which would enhance their standards of living
through effective developmental services.
Fair trade practices- Fairness in the trade practices towards developing the
public programs is needed in terms of averting the misunderstanding and
confusions towards the gaining the services from the clients and customers. This
fairness and transparency can be achieved by Azure Library through adopting
proper communication channels, where the information related to the events can
be shared. Social media marketing would be effective for expanding the customer
rates.

Liaison interpretation can be effective for Azure Library in terms of averting the
language barriers. This type of interpretation can be time consuming, therefore, the
strategies and plans need to be prepared well in time for embracing the modifications
and changes as per the requirements. Along with this, consecutive interpretation can
also be adopted for improving the communication skills of the employees. There is a
