Procedures and Practices:
Strategic planning- ensuring that the outcomes are achieved according to the
requirements and needs of the clients and customers

operations

Sustainable practices are adopted by the brands on a long term basis for sustaining the
resources for the future generation. The approach towards consuming the resources is
judicious, which enhances the corporate social responsibility. In case of the development
of public programs, this sustainability is of prime importance in terms of achieving large
scale customer satisfaction. Using effective, integrated and sustainable systems is
effective in terms of ensuring the wellbeing of the clients and customers. Sustainability is
vital for maintaining the pace with the altering conditions of the market and the needs of
the customers. This alteration also reflects the altered funding opportunities, which
results in the introduction of quality services for the customers, especially the community
groups.
The principles of sustainability are based on the parameters of economic, social and
environmental. In the business terminology, these parameters are considered as the
triple bottom line approach, where the main aim is the enhancing the profit margin
through accumulating greater market share, involving the stakeholders and
shareholders. In the context of the library program of Azure Library, aim is to involve
more community people into the cultural shows and events. Environmental directives are
followed for conserving the resources for the use of the future generation. Involving the
community groups in the decision making process and the feedbacks is the initiative
towards empowering them and ensuring that their standards of living is enhanced.
Strategic management in this direction would make the planet, a better place to live, for
the community groups.

events and public programs.

Monday.com is beneficial for the brands in terms of the planning the activities and
monitor it to ensure that it is in accordance to the identified and specified requirements.
The software is a customized tool, which helps the personnel to clarify the work division
and gain insights on the progress. One of the main features of this software is that it acts
assistance in terms of setting deadlines, responsibilities and timelines on excel sheets.
One of the other software can be Simio, which is assistance in terms of conducting risk
assessment and management of the constructed plans. This software is also assistance
in terms of managing the processes through the PDCA cycle. There is also a provision
for optimization, which would be assistance for the personnel of the Azure Library to
optimize the search and reach to the direct conclusions regarding planning quality
events for the community groups.
