Definition of personal and professional development plan
One of the main aim is to get information about personal and professional
development plan is to help and manage the individual own learning and make a career in
future. The need of personal and professional development are basically helpful in making
future decision and engage the individual for meeting challenges and learning basis growth to
complete the goals. With the help of personal and professional development plan, it has been
related to growth and accomplishing result (Definition of Personal and Professional
Development, 2021). To improve the professional and development of the talent both the
workplace and the personal space are using to gain some more knowledge and make some
strategic approach (McGill, Heikkila and Lazarowicz, 2020). With the help of some major
development, most of the companies are able to work and manage the personal and
professional development skill with the help of changing growth in the own nature.
3 short term goals
Setting short term goals are able to make better achieve the career and work as per the
professional development course (Short-Term Goals: Definition and Examples, 2021). These
short term objective are related to be more productive and improve the overall satisfaction of
the individual (Shuma and Basela, 2021). Some of the major and important short term goals
are:
 To improve the communication and collaboration skill with the other colleagues in the
office within next 3 months.
 To finish a digital marketing analysis online crash course within next 2 months.
 To improve my listening skill by attaining more seminars in every two months.
3 Medium term goals
Medium term goals are the one which are related to make bit longer and smaller than
long term goals. These goals are helpful in managing the source and make effective growth
which are related to make sure for managing and make growth over the period of time (5
Achievable Mid-Term Goals for College Students, 2021). These are helpful in managing the
essential sector and growth over the period of time. All of these make a relationship which
are related to ascertain the growth and make a relationship in between small and medium
term goals (Ktoridou, Doukanari and Epaminonda, 2016).
