The project is organized by RALS in November every year, with no changes allowed once scope is finalized. Cash flow is not a problem for the full project life cycle. The sponsor (RALS owner) shall approve any change request considering its impact on triple constraints of the project life cycle. To verify scope, one can review project charter and updated requirement documentation. Volunteers from different organizations participate in the show, with meals included as part of their information. All profits go to ICV charity. Resources are available in-house with Virtucon consultants. Action plan for unknown facts includes verification of cash flow and estimation. A communication plan has been created, outlining stakeholder names, what needs to be sent, why it needs to be sent, how often it should be sent, at what frequency, and where to send.
