The are lot of responsibilities which have to be performed by the health care assistant. These
include following job role -
first aid – The concept of first aid is the essential factor which has to be the responsibility of
care practitioners. They have to provide first aid service to people when patients are brought
at the hospital.
Moving and handling – Patients are to be managed and handled properly while they are taken
to patient care and operation. There are few individuals who are moved from one room to
another for treatments and testing, care practitioners have to manage this responsibility.
Dealing with challenging behaviour – A health professional has to deal with various
challenges.
