MIND organisation in London Borough of Greenwich
Executive Summary
This report showed how important is domestic violence in a borough of the country, in
London Borough of Greenwich. First part analysed internal environment of an organisation
,how an organisation can grow if there are people who have an implication and an interest
about other people.
The second part was the most important part of this report. It showed how an analysis like
PEST ,which was used, could influence a decisions for an expansion to an organisation. The
analysis revealed many aspects of domestic violence in London Borough of Greenwich.
This report was made because MIND , a charity organisation, want to expand in this borough
and needed to be made an analysis about how the Borough fight against this mental health
problem. From this report the charity organisation discovered many aspects about people
experiencing mental health problem in this borough and they can have a big implication to
rehabilitation this aspect which cause many mental health problems for people and for
children as well.

Introduction
MIND is a charity organisation in England. They provide advice and support to
everyone who has a mental health problem. MIND provides help and support directly to
those who need it most. Their network of more than 140 local Minds offer specialised
support and care based on the needs of the communities they support.
This report will discuss in the first part the corporate governance, mission,vision and
stakeholders of MIND in London Borough of Greenwich and will also evaluate MIND like
an organisational structure.
The second part will conduct a PEST analysis in London Borough of Greenwich and
will show how domestic violence affect population in London Borough of Greenwich.
Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behaviour which is used by one partner to
have or to keep power and control over the partner and intimidate him/her.Domestic
violence can have multiple forms: physical, sexual, emotional,economic and
psychological actions, threats of actions to influence the partner like: intimidate
manipulate, humiliate, isolate, frighten, terrorize, coerce, threaten, blame, hurt , injure and
wound the partner.(Justice.gov,2017)
London Borough of Greenwich is a borough of Greater London situate in southest
England on the Thames River. It is the place were will find the original Observatory,
through which passes the Prime Meridian. (yourdictionary,2017)
