1. Introduction
In researching the Vietnamese market for investment, I realized that many companies have
high potential. But to thrive in the future, Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company is
the most impressive. According to research, Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company,
or Vinamilk for short, was established in 1976, is one of the leading dairy companies in
Vietnam, born to serve the nutritional needs of everyone. In 2010, Vinamilk changed the
slogan from "Vietnamese Faith" to "Standing up Vietnam" and used it up at this moment.
Over 43 years of establishment and development, from the initial 03 factories taking over.
Now and again, Vinamilk has expanded its scale to 40 units, including branches, factories,
dairy farms, logistics, and other branch subsidiaries and affiliates both at home and abroad

2. Expaplain different types and purposes public sector
2.1. Types and purposes
Public sector organizations are run by the government and owned by the people of the
state. Funds in the public sector come from state taxes. State-owned enterprises include
enterprises in which the State holds (or owns) more than 50% of the charter capital and the
total number of voting shares. They are run by the government. Besides that, State-owned
enterprises have legal personalities.The purpose of the public sector is to provide public
services include public goods and government services as the military, police, public
education along with health care, and those working for the government itself to towards
the betterment of society. They are not profitable but help people and the country to move
forward by giving facilities.
2.2. Example
Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (the largest state-owned corporation). The legal status of the
Vietnam Oil and Gas Group is a one-member limited liability company owned by the State,
with legal capital of VND 177,628,383,625,944. The State Capital Management Committee
at Petrolimex owns 981,686,626 shares, accounting for 75.87% of enterprises. This means
that Petrolimex is owned by the state because the state holds more than 50% of the total
shares (according to Clause 11 Article 14 of the Law on Enterprises of Vietnam).

3. Expaplain different types and purposes private sector
3.1. Types and purposes
Companies in the Private Sector are controlled, managed, and operated by Individuals or
Private. Private individuals or organizations have more than 50%, so the company belongs
to the Private sector (Doantrang 2021, slides 2). The private sector is required to work to
pay profits to the owners. And Private enterprises do not have legal status. The purpose of
the private sector is mainly profit. The rise of a country's economy or GDP is partly due to
private businesses.
3.2. Example
Masan Group Joint Stock Company, referred to as MSN for short, was established in 1996,
with its head office in Ho Chi Minh. Besides, Masan has many subsidiaries such as Masan
Food - consumer goods, Techcombank - financial services,v.v. MSN is a private enterprise,
so it must be a profit organization. Masan Joint Stock Company owns 51.0% of the shares in
the company. From Masan’s dividend table in 2020 below, as it might be seen that Masan’s
dividend payment is 3,172,160,718,000 trillion VND for the stakeholders of the company.
From the above, we can see that Masan Joint Stock Company is private, and it is a highly
profitable company.
