1.Statement of purpose
1.1. Aim
The goal of this project is to conduct research and learn more about talent management techniques from
workers of fast-food corporations. To obtain accurate data, create a survey with 15 questions. That is the
project's aim global, so that the company's leadership can assess and pick the finest personnel management
strategies to suggest and implement.
1.2. Objectives
The project aims to achieve a variety of particular objectives relating to the gathering and analysis of data
from global fast-food corporations, including the following:
Learn more about how to attract people from international fast-food corporations.
The recruitment department looks for, attracts, and hires the most skilled and talented individuals
for the company's overall strategy.
Encourage, inspire, and motivate people to reach their full potential and devote themselves to the

improved. As a result, the value generated for the firm rises.

2. Study methologies
From week two of the project's execution, the online research approach was used. This study is based on
information sources found on the internet that the researcher reads, as well as high-quality sources verified by
surveyors using extremely accurate figures and data. Furthermore, managers can quickly discover information
and save time and money, which researchers may use to properly apply and analyze the data obtained. The
project went through without a hitch and produced the desired outcomes thanks to online research.
Aside from that, the online survey approach is also used in this research. The team project performed and
finished the survey in weeks 2 and 3 by designing a survey questionnaire on the topic of talent management.
Data was collected and evaluated at the end of the survey in week four. Online surveys are one of the most
effective ways to conduct online research that produces high-quality data while being simple to use on all
personal devices such as computers, laptops, and survey tables. They may be provided to participants through
gmail or text message with a quick link, and the response rate for online research is high.Furthermore, because
