This is an acknowledgement of the letter you sent us on 10th January 2013. It seems that you are
disappointed with the product you purchased as it developed rust within one month, rendering it
useless. We would like you to know that it is a unique incident and we take responsibility for it.
We sincerely apologise for the dissatisfying experience you had to face.
We at Thompson’s Kitchen Supply Company attempt to maintain the best possible relationship
with our customers by providing them with top notch services when it comes to our products.
Thus we have decided to replace your product with a new one without further delay. The new
Frontier Spirit cast iron frying pan with be delivered to you through the same shipping address.
You can expect delivery within the next 48 - 72 hours. Please provide the damaged product as
replacement so that it can be brought back for testing.
Please note the following instructions as cast iron pans require special care and handling.
 Ensure that the pan is properly dried before storage
 Never put the pan in the dishwasher
 In case it starts developing rust, please note that you can restore it through re-seasoning.
