Further,women must acquire leadership role within universities, board rooms, government councils etc.to achieve a recognition among society. Likewise, in order to overcome all these hindrancesAustralian government should encourage policies to maximize equitable as well as fairopportunities for women at every place. They shall be provided with leadership role underarchitectural professions, governance and representative under institutions, membership underinstitutional events, participation in operational activities etc.In this argument we will be identifying that inequality within women employees underworkplace will discourage their efficiency and may establish poor environment inside businessorganization. In Australian industries, there are 17.5% of gender gap among men and womenemployees which is due to lack of equal pay as well as opportunities. However, some scholarsconvey that employers provide more attention towards men CV's as compared to women. Notonly this they even exclude opportunities for women under workplaces.
