The project managers are dealing with international project should be trained to develop the cultural difference and environmental standards and regulations. Because the cultural difference is necessary for the communication. Also, the project managers are should be cognizant of the culture difference and its impact on strategies to solving and analysing the problems. The global projects have the major cultural risk based on the project effectiveness. so, reduce the cultural risk by considering the following issues before deciding the global project. These are organization culture, contacts and negotiation, foreign agent selection, project selection and networking. The project managers are must be identified the global projects complexity project to manage the project. These are different time zones, different rules and regulation, political pressures, greater public visibility of the projects and diverse cultures.
