How do you evaluate your solution?
In particular, the evaluation of the solution requires certain criteria which include; (i) proper
formatting; (ii) accurate values and description; and (iii) satisfying the given context. Additional
evaluation includes, if appropriate protocol has been followed and that it should solve the
purpose of decision making by stakeholders.
What was the goal?
The overall goal is to include relevant, accurate and explicit information within the required
format.
How do you know if you met your goal?
Furthermore, it should be evaluated based on proofs of concept as well as assessed by other
personnel. Finally, the value of solution also evaluates if it meets the goal.
Review the results from the elicitation process and transform them in to a need for your
project.
Once the solution fulfills the acceptance and evaluation criteria, it should be transformed into the
project using following methods like comparison and contrast with previous similar results. Use
benchmark strategies and evaluate the associated conditions along with results as well as criteria
like key performance indicator and metric.
Analyze the need of change.
The need of change should be based on stakeholder’ assessment and acceptance by the end user.

Make sure you check for any dependencies on other requirements, ******** cost********
scope changes.
The dependencies on the requirement such as resource availability, time schedule, cost
consideration, and willingness of involved parties should always be included in the solution.
Provide any outcomes that you believe could result if the solution was not built.
In case if the solution was not built, probably outcomes could be (i) failing to complete within
given time; (ii) no comparison of standards or with previous results; (iii) Proposal and
boundaries will not be clear; (iv) no set of requirements can be analyzed (Conger, 2015).
How do you know if your solution was a success? Are there any measurements that a Business
Analyst can use to provide data on the success of the project?
The measures to check include clear description of strategy and its feasibility, future
perspectives, inclusion of risk analysis, and the overall scope of solution for decision making
purpose.
Gather and report on any cultural changes, stakeholder impact, or operational structure
changes that were done or not done.
Discussion is based on cultural transformation survey (2017) report.
Describe how they collected and validated the performance of the solution.
The results are collected based on outcomes of associated activities for cultural change within the
organization as well as collective opinion from employees. The performance of solution is
defined by first describing the challenges and then collective statistics that affect the
organizational objectives.
