authors but on the same topic of leadership. One article is by Robert Cote “ Vision of effective”
leadership and another article is by the author s Bonnie J Covelii and Iyana Mason as “Liking
theory to practice: Authentic Leadership”. Both the articles present separate view point on the
leaderships, its traits and theories. In the report below a detailed critical analysis of the both the
articles is done in context of the position of the authors, the theoretical perspective and
decontamination of the assumption taken by them in their respective article.

as there are 5 leadership theories which can be defined as (1) Transformational Leadership, (2)
Transactional Leadership, (3) Charismatic Leadership, (4) Situational Leadership; and (5)

In my view the concept and aim behind article one is precise and convenient for the 21st
century as with passing time peoples are losing ethical consideration both in personal and
professional life. With implementation of the approach in industry both social and organisation
lives can experiences a dramatic change.

theory is adopted by me and with this an ethical behaviour in whole business practices hebe
been promoted. This has been implemented as setting up bench mark of ethical behaviour for
all the activities and short time goals are set to be attained by each team as well as for every
employees. This lead to the fact that all the employees and other staff can be seen more attached
to the values and mission of the organisations and are working more dedicated in achievement
of the business goals of higher sales and increased profitability.
