A brief background and context of the project being discussed and analysed: IntroductionThis Cesim Project is a group based initiative for the insCorp for digitization of their insurance claims documents. This simulation will enable each member of the group to perform tasks for project. In total there will 40 tasks based on 4 simulation tasks. With the help from Victoria and other team members I will be able to deal with an undertaking and the objective of the project which I was given a program that comprises of customer satisfaction. Through cautious arranging and execution, I will manage my tasks according to the group plan that is to finish the program while clinging to quality necessities, spending imperatives, and timetables for the project goals. The collaboration between me and Victoria is basic, which will help all group members to finish their respective task productively. The communication with other group members and project manager will help to track the movement of the project and each individual undertakings.
