The training needs to be aligned with the education imparted. Professionals from across the industry are to be involved in this process wherein they collaborate with the institutes for regular training sessions. At least 25 health care institutes inFlorida need to utilise services and products that draw upon the rich traditions of nursing. Enhancing an intangible and tangible quality parameter would be crucial. Creation of awareness would also be imperative among the physicians as well as the nurses. Allocation offunds would take the centre stage. Fundings is to be expected from the State and Federal government (Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2011) Implementation strategiesA risk assessment would be the first stage of implementing the change. The risk assessment would be done for determining the issues that would be addressed in the policy change and the degree of each. Risk management principles are applicable to the phase. Aligning the change proposed with the vision and mission of nursing practice is essential. A shared vision among all the healthcare professionals is crucial. The idea of change must fit in the established direction of the individual organisations. The process of articulation of a strategic direction and vision would need to encourage input from the decision makers. Effective leadership would be crucial in the process of bringing about a change into practice. Ateam is to be created with professionals from all levels of the organisation who would demonstrate effective leadership in guiding others towards a positive direction. The leaders are to disseminate the information related to the change to every corner of the organisation. Creating a readiness to change would be the responsibility of the manager who would need to change the status quo and enable others to embrace the change (Schaffer et al.,2013).
