REFLECTION OF SKILLS
I have current skills which is appropriate for my personal development but this is not
enough in order to enter in the professional world. The professional skills which I required is
good communication skills in order to interact more with the people in the business. I need to
interact more with various business employers as this helps in increasing business connections
which will be helpful for me to increase my current set of skills and the capabilities. For personal
development I can evaluate my own skills on various parameters by comparing my own
performance with external market goals and the objectives. In order to remain competitive I need
to adopt various tools and techniques in improving my own skills. Group discussions will use in
which discussing on a common topic inspire me to present my views and opinions in order to get
self confidence. ( Hoffses, K.W. And et.al., 2016. )
My current communication skills is not efficient as I can talk freely with my friend in my
layman language but it is not possible for me to speak fluent English or any other language in
front of employer. Virtual interviews method can be used to reduce my fear and increase my self
confidence I order to talk freely with self confidence with others. In corporate world
communication skills is regarded as pre-requisite element in order to get good advantages in an
entity. Interactions skills are required by an individual in order to create friendly business
environment by taking freely with all the employee and colleagues.
I can rank my communication skill as 2 out of 5 as I got hesitated when I face large
number of audiences as I feel fear in talking in front of the people. The current status of my
communications skills is stable which needs to be improved with the passage of time. My current
skills needs to be improved with the time as this is the basic skill act as a pass to enter event of
business in order to survive their for longer period. Communication skills is not only important
for interacting with other employees at the workplace but it is essential for communicating with
the managers. Whatever problem I face in the organization will easily get resolved by conveying
this with the manager who will further processed my complaints in order to find a solution to all
the problems. ( Mauroux, L. and et.al.,2015. ) The workplace conflicts will easily get resolved by

conveying the important information from one place to another. Now comes to self awareness
programs in that programs firstly conduct training . In training session provide effective new
information and knowledge . Training session are help to generate knowledge and working
practices. . In training session proper guidance is more important to develop their skills and
knowledge. So i attend all these type of training session which would be help me to develop my
knowledge and skills. With the help of new skills and knowledge i improve my working
efficiency level and increasing my working performance. In train session so many activities
which are help to create confidence in myself. On the other hand i evaluate myself with some
testing methods, where i participant in some aptitude tests which can help me to evaluating my
knowledge ability level. These types of test methods are helpful to identifying my current
knowledge level. So i develop my those ares where it need to be improvements. One more thing
is maintain private diary , with the help of this techniques i evaluate my daily performance level.
As according to their professionalism i develop my management skills which are help me to
become a manager. In that situation management skills is like decision making ability,
communication skills where i develop my communication skills with some books novels and
some of articles. Effective communication is aid to generating relevant information . As above
sated i am not enough good. I can talk freely with my friend in my layman language but it is not

situation i learn about English in watch movies, reading newpaper, write daily one note on any
topic etc. With the help of that i recover my all communication related problems. Moreover, I
got hesitated when I face large number of audiences as I feel fear in talking in front of the
people. In that situation training and orientation programs will help me to enhancing confidence
and encouragement. Orientation program is based on one to one interaction process. In that
process each one of individual get engaged with other one’s. So with the help of that programs i
develop my this weakness and i aid to improving my personalty. Effective personality has create
a render impact on the individual. I need to retain different tools and techniques in improving my
own skills. Group discussions will use in which discussing on a common topic inspire me to
present my views and opinions in order to get self confidence. This is greatly impact on my
personality where with the help of that i encourage my courage and confidence. All those
activities are help me to develop my skills and create a self awareness. Along with that with the

help of tools and technique also aid to improvement in personality. Like some training and
orientation programs are help me to develop my personalty and skills. These skills and
knowledge are help me to future accomplishments in their my workplace.
Now comes on the identifying my strength and weakness where my strength can be
framed as my future opportunities. As like my strength is based on my uniqueness. Whereas i
have a good retention power where i retain so many things .which would be helpful for the
generating knowledge. I am good i am decision making skills where i took effective decision for
myself and or workplace. It will be more effective and relevant. I am strength forward towards
my working practice. I have a good knowledge of current market situation. Where i increase my
other friend knowledge and peer groups. Current market knowledge is very useful for this time ,
because as perthe current era all thing were based on current trends and new technologies. (
Nagarajan, S.V. and Edwards, J., 2015.) So in that situation i have a good enough knowledge on
new updated technologies and tools. Which can be help me to look forward and stay trendy.
Current market situation is render on new trends where organisations and individual keep
updated with according to those trends. Along with that i have good enough knowledge of share
marketing and equity. Where i easily Handel all above related problems and effectively managed
them. On the other side my weakness, i am not good in communicating with unknown persons. I
feel fear in talking in front of the people.I face large number of audiences as I feel fear in talking
in front of the people. Along with that i am not good in speaking on the stage , which means i
have a stage phobia and i got fear about large number of audiences. In an workplace i can’t
handle those clients who where rude and misbehaving. All these problems were making me de
motivate towards my goals and my future accomplishments. Weakness are create a render
impact on the individual personality. So every one have to be develop their all weakness. Mon
the other hand strength are create a competitive advantage whereas, some unique personality
traits are help to achieving high success. In an individual individual personality has made
individual effectiveness. Where all these strength are create impact on the future opportunity. As
in that situation i develop my skill strength as an opportunity. Where i take part in any kind of
activities and willingly accomplished. As i have a good management and decision making skills
so this will help he to becoming a future manager. So in that case my management skills are help

working efficiency. Along with that with the help of new trend and technology i improve my
working methods and patterns. Which would be helpful to achieving success full goals and
objectives. Individual personality is combination of strength and weakness. So individual
develop of these strength towards their future opportunities and hard work on the weakness to
develop and convert weakness into strength. So according to this i also hard work on my
weakness and develop my strength towards future upcoming opportunities. My strength will help
me to create a competitive advantage over the other individuals.
On the other hand , my strength can be help me to developing my personal and
professional skills. Which can be help me to achieve high success and achievements. There are
various tools and techniques which are aid to provide me effective in my performance and
working practices. Strength can be define individual personality performance . Strength is
available term where individual have to develop their all weakness and convert all weakness as
in strengths. As per me As like my strength is based on my uniqueness. Which will be create a
competitive advantage in concerning workforce. strength can be framed as my future
opportunities. i have a good retention power where i retain so many things .which would be
helpful for the generating knowledge. So in that situation i mainly focus on develop my current
knowledge and skills which will be help to retain more new things and apply in to the working
practices. I am good i am decision making skills where i took effective decision for myself and
or workplace. Decision making skill can be define as a taking such actions which are helpful for
the working practice. Effective strategic decision are help to create some uniqueness in their
individual or else organization. Strategic decision making help to build relevant strategies which
would be help to achieving high profits. Now i mainly focus on my management skills which is
help me to develop my professional working practices. Where it aid to increasing my working
efficiency and further, in my personalty level that thing will help me to create some new
developments. In that situation training and orientation programs will help me to developing
their performance level and working efficiency. Orientation program is based on one to one
