1LEADERSHIP EVALUATION Democratic LeadershipStrategic LeadershipLaissez-faire Leadership Democratic leadership is also known as participative leadership where the leadership capability is shared among the members of the group and every participant has a role in the decision –making process of the business (Iqbal, Anwar & Haider, 2015). Strategicleadershipmodel differs from the democratic leadership in the context that itinvolvesmanager’s strategic vision and policies for the organisation, so that thereisutilisationofthe strategiesinthe managementofthe employees (Dimitrios, Sakas & Vlachos, 2013) In this kind of leadership, the leaders back off and the members of the group members are entrusted with the responsibility of making decisions. This results in the lowest productivity of the group members. For having a proper organisational productivity, the leaders of the organisation must have proper strategies and visions. I have an effective communication ability as well as negotiation skills. I am aware of my own self and have the capability of handling any kind of situational crisis. I do reflect the strategic leadership model since I have the capability of adapting to any situations, having proper social skills including teamwork, determination, confidence and listening skills. Along with these capabilities, as a leader, I have delegating quality as well. I provide the other employees of the organisation the opportunity to take important decisions and their ideas and responsibilities are respected. However at times I do take up decisions for the firm on my own thus reflecting the democratic leadership model. Having the tendency to show favouritism, and not having empathy had at times left the organisation to trace the path of failure. However since the failures are the pillars of success, the failures eventually motivated me to take up leadership abilities in consideration and improving so that there is an

I inspire the other employees of the organisation to perform better and participate in the decision making process of the organisation so that it helps in the success of the business. There is always a tendency to reduce the conflicts among the employees and take care that there is no problems among them.
