Charisma is one the more chased skills as it generates a source of confidence in a Leader who is changing the game, whether that is inside the organization or just on a personal level, working on his weaknesses and leveling up his strengths, however it was found that Charisma also has the ability to impact the team member’s performance, thus the collective productivity and efficiency is going up due to the collaborative work. Therefore, the inspirational force that leaders impart is seen as a result of the outcome.
