PERSONAL REFLECTION Personal Journal 1: Thought- provoking part of the reading The most interesting part of this study is that it gives an idea about the various unrelated forces that help in developing learning organizations. These organizations integrate the ability of people to establish their ideas and patterns of thinking, however I would like to suggest that organizations must provide a good as well as friendly work culture to employees so that it helps to create a good environment for learning for every working individuals. Concept learned from the reading that can be applied to my current situation in the organization It is very necessary to build organizations that would look after learning factors and shall help to build a trustworthy organization. I think this would prove to be good as it would improve current situation of my organization in various areas associated with knowledge as well as skills. Integration on biblical as well as ethical principles As per the discussion in Part 1 discipline is actually a set of rules and regulations that helps to turn various forces that revolve around best portrayals of organization surroundings into firm reality. I would like to suggest that effective mind-set helps an individual to perceive through his own senses and helps in understanding various problems in the organization in a simpler manner. Through Menotia, a process which mainly takes place due to diversion of mind occurs to people who are able to capture their spirits during their various stages in lives. Christians mainly took the term in such a form that it would render an individual get risen up on due to shared intuitions and achieve the path to heaven, an abode of Jesus Christ. There are thousands of people belonging to this race who come from various financial background and I would like to suggest various reasons that might arise questions against the game must not be attributed to character of individuals instead the structure of organization is to be held responsible for that.
