INTRODUCTIONThe significant life events describes those types of major events that changes a person'sstatus or circumstances like divorce, death of spouse, marriage, or loss of job. The supportingmomentous life events are comprised in this report after losing a loved one and its impact ontheir lives. These sufferers called as bereavement. This report determines the situation ofdifferent people as per their situation. It will outline the case study of old lady who died becauseof not taking medical treatment. In addition, determine the case of women who isolated herselffrom reality of life after her husband's death (Lin, Dean and Ensel, 2013). This also showspersonal reflections of people suffering from life events and avoids taking medical treatment. Inthe end of this report, describe the people who are cussed with serious diseases and they nevertake any kinds of treatments.TASK 11.1 Impact of significant life events on individualsThe major impact on significant life events include lost lovable persons, divorce,suddenly loss family member, loose parents, loose job etc. those are going to major impacts onlife and these are totally impact on person who are mentally and emotionally weak. For example-someone met with an accident and died. Their family member having major shocked and theyface many problems in their life. Those life events give an actual stress and force to think what todo or not. On other hand, some events like cancer patient feel tired and feeling of tiredness thesethings cannot go away with sleep or rest. patient also suffers from lot of pain due to treatments.Cancer makes patient energy less and also going to depress. Similarly, Rita was an 84-year lady when they passed away she cases by breast cancer.She lived in a small shelter with her friend Sue (Wentzel, Battle and Looney, 2010). Sue is 40-year old lady and they both became friends who enjoyed their life together. Rita knows aboutcancer before three months but they refused any medical treatments and she died in her sleep amonth later. These movements her friend become very helpless, they don't understand what todo. Impact of these deaths of loved one sue become alone because they spend lots of time withher friend. Form these kinds incidents Some people learns form things which happen in their lifeand some people going to take negative, they think his lost everything in his life for losingsomeone closer. 1

There are following impact in humans life-Physical Impacts- The physical impacts which retreated to impacts on Rita's friends.They going huge impact their friends not going eat foods and other drinks. Especially soushe is very best of Rita. Those physical impacts are fully distressed people and full ofanxiety. For example- suddenly person lost their loved once and them feeling like alone.No one is there for him/her. They avoid foods and everything of after her loved oncedeath.Bereavement- It related to emotions or feelings. It varies from person to person.Emotions attached with closer people who are very close to us like father, mother,brother, sister and other family relations If they dead their most impacts going to childrenthey are very attached to father mother (Thoits, 2011). Like Rita's friends areevolutionally attached with her mostly their housemate sou.Social Impacts- The social impacts are comes in the life of bereavements. However, theytrying to help to change in life. The all changes try to improve them with the propersupport so, that it will not leave any harsh impact on the social circle of such individuals.1.2 Possible group responses to significant life events that occur to one of its members:People who are facing problems of bereavement receive different kinds of response suchas form family and loved once, friends. Like Rita's friends and their eight residents who enjoyingwith her. People who are support from family. The only family is gives moral supports inperson's major situation. However, Rita's and Sou have no family they both are living in shelter.In this situation family member's give confidence to face those kinds of situations. Bust she hasno family so they became very alone. In other hand in this situation's family members becomerole as nurses, social care, doctors who get affected form the life events. When person lostsomeone they feel like he or she loses everything in his life. He/she needs proper love care forrecover from such problems. The various groups are supports persons in major situations-Sympathetic-People are involved to helps person bereavement to recover from sademotions. People give sympathy to person to having confidence and face all things intheir life. The family members convince then to involving in various activities. Death ofRita’s people is helps sou to having confidence her life and lives alone (Fink, 2013).2
