INTRODUCTIONIn the modern era, it has been examined that in an organisation, managers have so manyresponsibilities which are related to managing, coordinating, staffing, monitoring, etc. ofoperational activities. Apart from this, a developing manager is also important for creating ahealthy environment of workstation by removing conflicts in between employer and employees.Away from this, these managing supervisors also give training and development sessions toemployees so that they can enhance their skills and talents to become more effective atworkplace. Also, a developing manager can contribute their best for company by recruitingqualified and talented candidates (Beratarrechea and et. al., 2014). An effective and responsiblemanagement can easily hit their targets in specific period of time. This report includes differencebetween two tour and travelling enterprises and these are Thomas Cook and Saga Travels. Inbetween of project, managing strategies of hotels like Clayton crown hotel and Frankie &Benny's restaurant has also been indulge. Assignment, is also going to put light on many sort ofmanagement styles and skills of managers aid in achieving goals and objectives. Lastly, projectwill show a summarised own career development plan which will help in making decisions forimprovising career in terms of future.TASK11.1 Comparison of various management stylesA developing manager is the one who handles or manages all operational activities of anorganisation in both effective and efficient manner. It has been found that management hasvarious kinds of styles that managers adapt to make decisions in different situations. Apart fromthis, managing supervisor pushes their subordinates or motivate them time to time so that theycan hit targets in both effective and efficient way. Also, managers are the one who recruitapplicants by which productivity and profitability of company can be increased(Cheung and et.al., 2014). With the help of this, firm can enhance both; goodwill and brand image in themarketplace. Thus this situation can come under this type of approach. It is one of the old hypothesesin which management takes decisions without taking any support from other supervisors.Democratic: A style, where management or leaders do not take decisions by their own.Before making any sort of determination first they discuss with their team members and thencome to a conclusion which is related to decision making process.
