Comparison of this association is done with CosmosTours which is running business at a small scale. If changes are done appropriately in the firmthen, they will easily increase their production and profits. This will help them to take benefitsfrom competitors in the marketplace. Thomas Cook and Cosmos Tours are providing the bestservices as well as items to people which assist to satisfy them effectually. Certain barriers aregoing to highlight in this report which will affect decision making procedure.TASK 1P1.
