Introduction:The Zeezee hair industry is a good platform for the fresher who want to start their career in this industry. Its main objective is to set up a hair business which caters to the needs of its customers.There are various positions offered in Zeezee hair business. Zeezee hair business needs an effective workforce which helps the organization. Zeezee business is trying to incorporate some of their essential skills for running the business. Here in this context with my management and leadership skills, I would become successful.Task 1: Skills required for performing in Hair Industry:Overview of the industry:Hair Industry provides good opportunities for the job seekers. Zeezee hair business aims to provide a solution for hair problems and also provides good service for the user's (Burns, 2010). Zeezee hair business deals with providing hair services and solutions through their effective work force in an efficient manner. For this, the business provides an employment opportunity in Zeezee Hair. The mission is to consistently bring the freshest styles and ideas to the customers, by keeping up with the current trends and constantly educating the workforce about the best practices. Our mission is to consistently bring the freshest styles and ideas to you by keeping up with the current trends. This can be made by constantly educating ourselves about the best practices. It also aims to provide the best hair services to its customers at a reasonable rate (Herbane, 2010). Current trends in the industry:In Zeezee hair business there are some fields which are offered as good opportunities for the graduates. Some position offered is salon stylist, salon manager, manicure, pedicure personnel and barbers (Hoyer et al. 2010). These are all done to provide job opportunities for the new job seekers. Along with that, the industry aims to provide a satisfactory service to the customers. Thesalon stylist, barbers, manicure and pedicure all will work towards the development of the Zeezee hair industry in the subsequent years. There is the very high requirement of salon stylist and barbers in Zeezee hair business (Iacobucci & Rosa, 2010). The Zeezee hair business wants tobe one of the leading businesses in few years. For this, there is a high requirement for the start of new services which will inculcate more job and revenue.3 | Page
Professional skills:The salon stylist position has vacancies for new personnel. The job role of the Salon Stylist is to work with other professionals such as fashion designers, photographers, and photographic stylists, models to create hair designs combining coloring, straightening, curling, volumizing effects and a range of different design finishes. There is a very high requirement for salon stylist position (Kautonen et al. 2010). Another position for which there is the requirement in Zeezee hair is salon hairdresser position. The job role includes dressing and designing of hairs of the customers and working collectively and equally with the stylists. The salon hairdressers also have a large requirement and are needed in great numbers. The hairdresser's position is also in great demand and has a very high scope. Roles of graduates in the industry:The graduates and job seekers who want to succeed as a salon stylist in the industry should have the high tolerance level for chemicals and scents. The person for the hair industry should have skills to produce or to create from a collection of unshaped materials. The candidate should be creative with colors and also must be innovative. The fresher who want to succeed as salon hairdresser should be a great listener (López Salazar, Contreras Soto & Espinosa Mosqueda, 2012). The person should have the high tolerance level. He also should be able to utilize his time very well. The hairdressers should essentially be a multitasking. This is helpful for the utilizationof time. The person should have a high stamina to work for long hours and should not feel disturbed to do a repeated job again and again.The top level of Hair industry:Habia is one of the leading businesses in the hair industry. The reason for their leading in hair industry can be considered from the fact that the business follows efficient time management andmarketing skills. The industry follows a very creative style. It provides better services to its customers. The Habia through its limited budget has earned a very large profit in very less time. The reason for their success is the digital marketing (Rondinelli, 2013). Digital marketing has ledto the increase of the customer base. The people, who were searching for their type of business, as well as the job opportunities, have found Habia as the most genuine and unique (Habia.org 2016).4 | Page
