This research investigates the relationship between quantitative and qualitative job insecurity and well-being among employees in Belgian banks. Using a stratified random sampling method, the study collected data from 15,000 employees, representing 21% of the total workforce in 63 banks. The study employed a survey design to gather data on job insecurity, well-being, and demographic variables such as gender, age, education level, and extra income. The findings revealed significant associations between both types of job insecurity and well-being, highlighting the importance of addressing job insecurity to promote employee well-being in the banking sector.
