INTRODUCTION
 The research is conducted in order to analyse the concept of
strategical business development and expand business strategically
with use of FDI.
 In order to conduct the research this report has used literature
review, different tools has also been used. The research has also used
questionnaire for the purpose of data collection.
 In the end of report conclusion of research and recommendation for
Ziamax Co. Ltd. has also been given.

AIM AND OBJECTIVE
 Aim: To analyse the way Ziamax Co. Ltd will strategically expand itself in South
America.
 Scope of the Study :- The researcher will limit his study to the managers of Ziamax
Ltd. only due to limited time frame but this will help the researcher in collecting all the
relevant data and generating insight regarding the expansion strategies.
 Objectives:
 To determine the concept of strategical business development
 To evaluate the expansion methods for Ziamax Ltd in context to FDI
 To identify the challenges which Ziamax Co. Ltd will face during expansion.
 To recommend strategies for successfully establishing Ziamax in South America

RECOMMENDATION AND
CONCLUSION
 FDI is a good strategy which company can use in order to expand the business in which
company is currently operating in to other country. It will be good business
development option which Zimax Co. Ltd.
 Can use in order to enter in south America. This method will help company to enter in
new market easily(Kottaridi, Giakoulas and Manolopoulos, 2019).
 One of the advantage of using this method is that it will help company to get the full
ownership of business which is not possible in other mode of entries such as venture
capital, financing and partnership.
