INTRODUCTION
To manage a business in a successful manner business organisation can take advantage of
different type of practices like planning, organising, directing and controlling with the help of
effective plan. In today's business world talent management is emerging as a crucial element that
allow company to retain its talented workforce for longer period of time and accomplish business
goals and objectives in more effective manner comparatively to other rivals (Berger, 2020).
Talent management strategies assist organisation to enhance overall motivation level of
employees that significantly help in increasing employees’ performance. This report is
conducted on SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd. which is operating its business role as
responsibilities in the provinces of United Kingdom. This research is conducted on the aim of
identifying strategies that organisation can utilise to retain and attract employees. For this, report
includes research objectives, questions, project management plan with the help of work
breakdown structure and Gantt chart. Along with this report is also inclusive of research
methodology and significant recommended practices through which company can retain workers
for long period of time.

Ltd during the process of attracting and retaining employees.
To determined effective strategies that SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd can adopt to
overcome the challenges in order retain employees for longer period of time.

P2 Project management plan
Cost:
It is basically the overall amount that a project manager utilised in order to fulfil all
project activities under proper budget (Cole and Trinh, 2017). In context with present research
investigator set budget in an appropriate manner while focusing upon all the activities which is
required to be conduct. This will help researcher to neglect major issues that can affect overall
project objectives.
Time:
In order to accomplish present research objectives researcher required approximately 2
month of time duration, in order to fulfil all the activities in efficient way
Scope:
Present research is having wider scope as it includes talent management strategies to
retain employees that will benefit company for long run.
Communication:
To accomplish all the activities of research investigator will take advantage of
appropriate tools of communication like email, text, etc in order to make sure that all the required
information is being communicated to other team made in an adequate manner (Deery and Jago,
2015).

Risk:
Risk is a major part of a project, in terms with present research researcher can face
certain risk in the form of time management (Pandita and Ray, 2018). In order to overcome this
risk Gantt chat will play an essential role to manage all the activities according to time.
Resources-
To accomplish all the objectives of research investigator assures that essential resources
are allocated such as financial resource, organisation assets in order to accomplish all the project
without any unnecessary delay.
Quality:
To effectively maintain project quality investigator, emphasize upon maintain all the
ethical standards by focusing upon all the essential principles of transparency as well as
accountability.

Gantt chart:
Gantt chart is mainly a graphical representation which include series of horizontal lines.
This basically determined project schedule (Jindal and Shaikh, 2017). In order to accomplish
objectives of present research investigator with the help of gang chart track project deliverables
while coordinating time in effective manner.
