IKEA has been described in the findings. The questionnaire has been conducted and
the participants was the employees of IKEA.

The things that has went well was setting out the project activities and task. All the task
and activities has been set in effective manner that has assured effective outcomes at

assumptions that was related to no arising of risk in the project.

The major problems that has been faced during the project was related to performing
research and selecting methodologies in project. However, timely knowing the major

in negative manner.

I have learned numerous things within undertaking this project. The major thing that has
been learned by me was that in order to complete the project management tasks
specific time needs to be given to each project as this plays vital role in completion of

Out of 10 I will rate my performance 8.5 as project manager.

The strengths that has identified by me was that I am well-focused over the task and I

weakness was related to ineffective communication and decision making skills over
which I have assured effective focus.

In this project I have got effective opportunity in terms of developing myself from
