expert service and advise on the same. The company was established in the year 1921. The
company is based in Sydney and operates 138 stores all across Australia. The company became
public in the year 1982. The controlling interest of Australian Hardware is retained by
Greenwright family and the present so as well as the chair of the board of directors is held by a
person from the Greenwright family, Mr Holden Greenwright. The business plan helps in
understanding the market the company specialises in, the finances as well as the future planning.
