·INTORDUCTION
The Australian healthcare system is a hybrid model under which permanent residents,
refugees and citizens can buy private insurance for healthcare coverage Dixit & Sambasivan,
(2018). It provides easier access to Australian and they can improve their health by receiving
qualitative healthcare services. This reflective essay is based on Mr. Jackson who is diabetic
patient and has high BP problem. He does not exercise and smokes and it is the main key reason
of his problem. In this reflective essay, I am going to discuss effectiveness of Australian
healthcare system by asking questions from Mr. Jackson, who has had contact with Australian
healthcare system. It will discuss reasons of focusing on reflective process in healthcare system
as how it can help us out in improving decision-making process.

This study will discuss effectiveness of healthcare system by conducting interview with
Mr. Jackson, 45 years’ old who has diabetes and high BP. He smokes and does not focus on
physical exercise. He has had contact with Australian healthcare system. He can provide detailed
information of Australian healthcare system and on the basis of conversation with him,
effectiveness can be identified.
With the help of Borton's development framework, all about Australian healthcare system
can be known and it can help me out in developing strategies accordingly.

What are some roles and practices of enrolled nurse?
Duty of care and standards of enrolled nurses that helped me out in improving my health
include: providing nursing care as pet the agreed plan of care, workplace policies and
professional standards Pulok, (2019). Acting for safe outcomes for others by identifying needs to
protect people and reporting about harms and risks to responsible person.
What are some funding sources of Australia?
In this regard, Mr. Jackson stated that Australian healthcare system is funded by
Medicare that is the National health insurance scheme. This funding helps this system provide
quality care and healthcare services to all permanent residents and Australian citizens. The
