In the liberal democracy thesociety is been developed in which the citizen is been rewarded on the basis of merit rather thanon rank,status etc. In order to maximize the well-being of the citizens the rules are been informedby them. Against the encroachment of governments, institutions the civil liberties are beingincreased and defended.
