INTRODUCTION

Leadership is an important pillar of the organization, as it defines the
culture and motivation of the enterprise which is essential for the goal
achievement. Report will elaborate the role of leadership in the

Critical evaluation of theories, concepts,
practises relating to leadership:
With the progress of time there has been number
of theory, models, concepts etc. in attempt to add
on in the leadership and its development.
With this regard, new theories such as
“Situational leadership theory” got evolved. It
changed the perspective of extending leadership.
The theory of situational leadership says that there
is no single style of leadership which is best.
Transformational theory of leadership says that
the leaders are supposed to set examples in order
to bring transformation in the behaviour of
employee and keeping their morale up. As it was
seen that compares to other organizations the job
loss at Tesco was very much lower. The
At the same time, the “Relationship theory” of
leadership also paid great contribution. The
management and higher level of leadership at
Tesco faced the issue that there had been some
issues in term of collaboration since people were
working form different areas.

It has been critically analysed that there are both positive and
negative roles of influencer are related to developing the knowledge. It can be said that
pandemic are help for learning effectively for managing the team effectively as well as
it help for enhancing their knowledge. Further, there are issue which are arises due to
pandemic in order to focus on their different opinion and behaviour as well as it help
for considering the crucial content that is related to ability of leaders and their authority
to meet goals by creating positive content in respect to others.
