Authentic leadership describe as a management style in
which leaders of an organisation are transparent, genuine
and self-aware. The authentic leader of an organisation has
an ability in order to inspire loyalty as well as trust in their
workers by consistently showing who he really is as a
person along with how feels about their employees'
performance.

which is a multinational retailing company based on UK. The
company is founded in 1919 by Jack Cohen and its headquarters is
in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England, UK.
Leadership style of Tesco
Leadership describes as an art of motivating a group of
people in order to give their best efforts for achieving a
common goal. This also describes that workers and
colleagues should by direct with a strategy by their
leaders in order to meet company's needs in effective
manner. Tesco follows democratic leadership style.
