Executive Summary
The International Civil Aviation Organization has established the Chicago convention
for the rules of aircraft and the airspace safety and registration. The following report has been
consist the eight main rules which is directly related with the Chicago Convention. The
Chicago Convention will add some features to take steps with the foreign and own countries
rule which will help to execute the journey properly.

Introduction:
The ICAO is the contracting states which are established and the effective oversight
system. It is used for the critical elements in the safety of the oversight. The critical elements
are basically defensive tools which of the oversight system. The Internal Civil Aviation
Organization is one of the dedicated agency which has been stated in the United Nations. It
generally classifies the law of the international foster and the navigation (air) which is
actually planned for international air transport. The headquarter is placed on the Quartier
International (Montreal, Quebec of Canada). Now it adopts the practice of air-navigation
where the flight inspection, infrastructure has been prevented in unlawful interference. The
border crossing system is under the civil aviation system. The transport safety authority has
explained the transport safety authority to the Chicago Convention (handled by the Chicago
Convention on the International Civil Aviation). The air navigation has been maintained by
the ICAO as the technical body (Andrade 2017). The commissioners of the composed 19
have been appointed by the ICAO council. The standard practice and the recommended
practice has been done through the direction of the ANC formal process. It will be calculated
with the ICAO panels. The approved commissions are the general standard of the council. All
the eight points will be discussed properly in the following description (Stolzer 2017).
Description
Frist of all some freedom of the Chicago convention is applied for the proper rules: Those are
1. The marked flight will have the right to fly from own country to other country without
landing.
2. Can refuel the flight on the other country and also carry the maintenance.
3. Fly to own country to another country.
4. Can fly from foreign country to own country.
