business and the biggest condition which negatively impacts the organisation is COVID
pandemic. It disables the management of British airways to run their business along with their
maximum capacity.

Covid pandemic is one of the most biggest blunder for the aviation business as
government of all the countries has put number of travel restrictions to the citizens which enables
the overall shutdown of all the flights and airlines. The fix cost of the airline business are very
high due to the number of factors such as employee salary, maintenance charges, airport charges
and many more. It is not possible for any airline to bear these expenses with the travel close in
long term as it negatively impacts their reserves and funds. At the time of COVID all the flights
