1. EXPLAIN WHAT ARE THE AVIATION SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (ON AIRSIDE
AND LANDSIDE)
Providing security to the passenger is very much important in the aviation industry.
Small mistakes can take hundred lives. The requirements of aviation security on airside
have been described below:
Checking the baggage thoroughly is most required in airside because it will
protect the passengers and airplane safe from any blasting or unwanted
incidents.
Various reports highlighted that drugs, gold, black money and many illegal things
have been passing through the airport through different techniques. To stop such
incidents X-ray scanner is required which will scan the entire body properly.
Proper security forces are required to avoid or to protect the uncertain
accidents.
Smoking must need to be prohibited on the airside, which can cause the burn of
the airplane.
All the foods provided within the flight must need to be checked and tasted to
ensure the health regulation.
All the necessary equipment within the flight must need to be examined properly
before planes take off (Gormley and Irminger, 2015).
Flight must be checked and all the parts need to examine thoroughly to avoid the
on air accidents or crash.
Landside requirements of the security in aviation industry are:
