Managing the diversity is the process of creating and maintaining a positive environment, the
similarities and dissimilarities of the people are valued. This literature form the author in
2016 emphasis on organisational culture, impact on diversity openness, institutional practises,
human resource practises, that is related to diversity based pressures, incentives,
requirements, expectations, perceived practises and the related organisational outcomes are
related to diversity related pressures, incentives, requirements, expectations and other
organisational goals that are related to managing the employee diversity. The author
undertakes to describe potential barriers for the workplace diversity so that it maintain the
strategies to enhance the workplace diversity. Further, the study in this journal is on the basis
of potentially managing the diversity that are more committed to better satisfied high
performing employees with a better financial performance in the organisation.

satisfaction, faster service challenges, and higher quality of products that are coordinated
through the efforts of employees. Diversity can offer either potential costs or benefits and
both at the same time in the organisation. With the help of this research, the author explains
how managers often lead and hold diverse teams. It finally shows how effectively a manager
could manage more effectively the diverse team in which members have different ages,
