INTRODUCTION
Business communication can be describe as the process of sharing and transferring message and
ideas form one person to other. It has been determined that effective business communication is
significant so that right and appropriate message could be transferred. This is important in order
to improve organisational practices as well as reduce errors (Naidoo and Dulek, 2022). This
report includes different theories of organisational communication. In this report several barriers
of communication preventing people getting the vaccine has been determined. Apart from this,
various government strategies to overcome these barriers has been analysed and evaluated in this
report.
MAIN BODY
Discuss some general theories of organisational communication.
Organisational communication can be describe as the process that includes sending
message from one person to other. It is essential that message and ideas is communicated in
correct and accurate manner with the motive of attaining desired goals. Different organisational
communication theories is mention below –
Bureaucracy
The Theory of Bureaucracy was created by German sociologist Max Weber to embody
an optimal authoritative structure; that is, an association displaying a significant degree of formal
structure. As far as communication, the theory expects as hierarchical methodology where each
authoritative part reports to one above him/her until the communication arrives at the top order.
Through this theory of communication it has been analysed that right and accurate flow of
information with in organisation helps in transferring or communicating in proper manner
(Biočina and Rajh, 2022). As indicated by the theorists, ideal associations ought to expect an
indifferent structure and have a reasonable arrangement of rules not exclusively to control
emotional oriented practices of laborers that makes them respond unreasonably and unusually,
yet additionally to shield normal specialists from maltreatment of force by those in the more elite
classes of the structure. It is essential that organisation is considering this theory of
communication so that message could be reached to all individuals.
