INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan is defined as a process that involve creation of a action plan
which is based upon reflection, awareness, goal setting, values and planning for professional
development in relation to education, career or for self improvement (Shaheen and Hameed,
2020). With the help of personal development plan individual can actually accomplish short term
as well as long term career goals and can enhance their strength and weakness effectiveness in
order to get number of employment opportunities. Personal development plan allows an
individual to evaluate self strength as well as weaknesses and develop strategies to overcome
them with formative deadlines in order to recognise threat and opportunities for future growth
and development. While if it is talked about reflection it is defined as an essential process that
asset an individual in overall improvement. In addition to this it has been underlined that with the
assistance of reflective process individual can have better understanding in context to their
strength and weaknesses. This will allow them to develop future aim for further improvement in
effective manner. Present report has been conducted on formative discussion made upon skills
which is required to be developed. In addition to this report include personal development plan
and demonstration of future actions in order to overcome the weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
It is important for an individual to effectively maximize their effectiveness and current skill
as to have more growth and development opportunities in both personal and professional context,
for this reflection plays an essential role that allow a person to determine strength as well as
skills through which they can make enhancement in their own skill (Latip and et. al., 2020). In
this process decision-making skill acts as an essential aspect through which a person can
determine the effective tool in order to develop their weaknesses. It has been evaluated that
reflection facilitates me to reflect on my strength and weaknesses with the help of professional
development portfolio. With the help of this I underlined my strength and weaknesses through
which I can further undertake use of significant measures in order to make improvement in my
current level of strength and weaknesses. It has been identified that in the business environment
there is aggressive competition for this organisations seeks for competent employees with having
effective skills in order to perform organisational goals in more effectiveness. Thus, it is essential
for me to develop my current level of strength and overcome my weaknesses in order to have

access of successful employability. Furthermore, according to evaluation of personal
development plan portfolio it has been evaluated by me that I have strength in context of
communication skill, team working, technical skills and adaptability. However it is evaluated by
me that ala these skills are required to be developed by me in order to have access of successful
employability. According to the analysis it has been underlined by me that it is essential for me
to make development in my current level of strengths in order to match my competencies
according to the current recruitment and requirement for successful employability.
Team work skill:
Team working is an essential skill for aspect for employability. It has been identified that
this skill is constantly required by organisation dealing in any sector as to create best workplace
for employees (Han, 2020). It has been identified that in order to accomplish organisational aims
and objectives with more effectiveness and have positive image organisations aim towards
having collaborative workplace environments with efficient team structure. For this they seek for
employees or candidates who are having proficient team working skills so can accomplish their
roles and responsibilities with proper cooperation and collaboration with other individuals.
Furthermore, it has been identified that team working skill effectively maximise organisational
capabilities to fulfil shared goals and objectives with higher effectiveness. Thus, it is essential for
individuals in any department to have proficiency in team working skill. It has been underlined
by me that with the help of having efficient team working scale I can accomplish my roles and
responsibilities with other individuals in effective manner and can create value for entire
organisation. According to the analysis of my personal development portfolio it has been
evaluated by me that I am having effective team working skills but it is essential for me to
enhance my existing level of team working capabilities according to the dynamic changes and
trends prevailing in business environment as to have successful employability. With the help of
developing my team working skill at greater extent I can have first place opportunity to get
selected for my chosen role in an organisation.
Time Management skill:
Time management play vital role that all organisations in every industrial sector requires.
It has been identified that employer of any field or department seeks for candidates who are
efficient in managing time (Allison, 2020). With the help of effective time management skill
person can fulfil organisational vision and goals in more effective manner. It has been identified
