This is repeatedly going on and is noticed by the teachers, who reported this to the principal. E (effect) βIt is affecting to start the class, or hamper the flow of the class. If some class tests need to be taken, the students are getting disturbed as someone is entering late when the exam is going on. A (alternative) βThe alternative way can be to come in time and attend the classes properly. The student should be punctual for this. R (result) -Starting the classes on time will help to take the classes efficiently by the teachers or the professors, if the student comes in time (Robinson Pope and Holyoak 2013). BEAR Feedback of Student 2 B (behavior)β The studentismishandlingthecomputerequipmentinthe computer laboratory classes. This is noticed by the computer teacher. E (effect) β The computer or the equipment are getting damaged, hence creating a financial loss for the school, as well as influencing other students to do so. A (alternative) β The student should handle the computer system and other equipment with proper care. He or she should treat the properties of school like his or her own. R (result) β This should help the student to learn to take care of the belongings which he or she is using in the computer class(Barmaki and Hughes 2015). BEAR Feedback of Student 3 B (behavior) β The student is mixing the chemicals very carelessly, without knowing the ill effects of the mixtures.

A (alternative) β The student should not mishandle the chemicals and should use them properly and carefully. They should not touch those without the permission of the teacher or the professor. R (result) β This will help the student to take care of the things and preventing himself or herself as well as the other students. BEAR Feedback of Student 4 B (behavior) β The student is fighting with the other students, and this is going on repeated basis. E (effect) β This is having an adverse effect on other students, as they are getting influenced to fight with each other, whether it is playfully or seriously. The school properties are also getting damaged due to these fighting. A (alternative) β The student should not fight with each other and should not damage the school properties. They should keep themselves away from such immoral behavior. R (result) β This will help the student to be disciplined as well as maintain the dignity of the school(Barmaki and Hughes 2015). BEAR Feedback of Student 5 B (behavior) β The student is using some unethical way to get pass in the examinations. He or she is caught red handed by the teacher. E (effect) β This will hamper the career of the student as he or she may get misspelled from the school. The other students may get influenced by watching this.
