The leader mustmotivated their employees for work harder and they define how to carry out the task, the leader of theorganization notify the difficulty of organization and how to solve them, the leader must have maintained theenvironment of organization. The great leader always have the passion to achieve goals and motivate theiremployees to how to achieve goals in life. According to this theory the St Margaret's Nursing home leadermust create the behaviour environment that employees not left the job form there, and they becomepassionate for there work, leader behaviour for employees is the most important things in organization.4.2 Analysing working relationship that could be managedIn the St Margaret's Nursing home working relationshipsdepend on their environments, if the environments is not goodemployees cannot manage the responsibility and they left job. Inthe St Margaret's nursing home the leader's provide facilities toemployees, if the employees are satisfied for their work they canmanage all the responsibility of nursing home. Nursing homehaving those staffs who are responsible for their duty and who arethe eligible for there working experience. The most effective wayof managing relationships by trusting tour employees to carry outthe role of high standard. On the other hand the St Margaret's nursing homes leader shouldworkforce, be honest, considerate and the value their employees,opinion and value, nursing home leader should promote culture ofopenness within their team and strive to understand the differentbackground and perspectives of team members. The leader should befocus on communication between the manger and the team member.The St Margaret's nursing home's leader has ability to maintain eyecontact and attentiveness are all effective ways to develop andmaintain a working relationship. If the St Margaret's nursing homesleader have those abilities then the staff are motivated for work andthere responsibilities so they don't left from there responsibilities andjob.4.1 Discussing theories of leadershipTheories of leadership- The leadership functions of management is too attested by various theories, behaviour theories focused on discovering theconstant relation between leadership behaviour and the group performance, and the Trait theory identify the physical, mental and personality traits ofvarious leader. The following theories are:Traits theory of leadership- In this theory refers to leader's physical ability and specific traits on leadership ability. This theory includes physical traits such as appearanceenergy and height, intelligent and ability traits such as adaptability, aggressiveness and self confidence, task related traits such as achievement, drive andinitiative, social related traits such as interpersonal skills, cooperative and administrative ability. In this context including St Margaret's nursing home that theleader have always prepared for mentally physically for the challenges, the leader have must appoint employees in St Margaret's Nursing home who areeligible for handworks and the employees who works extra hour in nursing home. The leader's of nursing home give the attractive salary for staff who workedin nursing home.4.3 Evaluating how development has been influenced bymanagement approachesMy own development has been influenced by variedapproaches of management. Among such approaches, first oneis use of performance appraisal of mine. By analysing this,strengths and weaknesses are clarified to me and as such, I'mencouraged to focus on my weaknesses to transform the sameinto strengths. Moreover, by effectively highlightingweaknesses, I have then concentrated on my training andgathered information for improving upon my deficiencies. Moreover, self-directed approach is also used by me to effectively work upon weaknesses inthe best possible manner. Team working has been improved by utilising managementapproach by Tuck man. Trust between me and my fellow members has been become strongenough and as such, efficiency is achieved. Apart from this, it is evident that leadership atsome stages become poor and as such, after some time skills may be hired from successfulleaders in order to accomplish efficiency. This has helped me to achieve good leadershipskills. Furthermore, I'm able to guide new employees and as such, my leadership abilitieshave enhanced as well. Thus, my own development has been effectively influenced bymanagement approaches.
