Organization behaviour is the study of performance of individual company employees
and teams with their activity in organization. The purpose of this study is to know the impact of
human behaviour on organization's structure, performance, motivation, communication and
leadership. This report is study of organizational behaviour of Apple Incorporation. Apple is a
private sector mobile phone manufacturing company(Chumg and et. al., 2016). Its head quarter
is in Cupertino, California USA. The Apple was founded in year 1976 and Steve J, Steve
Wozniak and Ronald Wayne were the founder of company. The primary and secondary research
is performed to know the organization behaviour of Apple. In the primary personal interview of
company employees is conducted to get the information of Culture within Apple Incorporation.
The different factors of organization like communication, employee motivation and organization
are considered as base of primary and secondary research.

What is the meaning of Working Environment.
As per the view of the company employees the working environment of the Apple
Incorporation is comparatively good from other company. The working culture have two types
physical and psychological working environment. The physical work environment is consists of
work tools like air flow, noise around the place, light quality and other physical measures. And
psychological measures are how the work is organised in the office and well being of employees
and employer at work place. The reviews provided by the respondents are in favour of the
organization. Only few of them are not satisfied with the company culture. So we can conclude
that the environment of apple is moderate for the employees and employees are satisfied with
organization.
How to Apply for leave ?
According to the employees that the procedure for the leave application is little lengthy
and time consuming process. Initially they need to inform their team leaders about the reason of
leave and then inform the senior managers on the floor with particular reason. Then the approval
is sent to the team leaders to inform employee about the leave approval. In most of chances the
leave is approved by the managers. In the emergency case the employees can take leave just by
informing through the email or call. This how the leave process is supportive for both employees
and company.
How the Complaints are treated in organization?
As per the answers of the employees in condition of any complaint from employee are
taken seriously to resolve without causing any problem. The quick reaction is taken over the
employee complaints. The team is formed by HR and company managers to perform the
investigation to find out the problem. The personal interviews and interactions are performed to
resolve the issues. This answers of respondents shows that the Apple Incorporation is very
particular about employee complaints. In extreme cases on the base of strong evidence the
employee are fired to keep the organization behaviour positive for better performance of
