INTRODUCTIONOrganization behaviour is the study of performance of individual company employeesand teams with their activity in organization. The purpose of this study is to know the impact ofhuman behaviour on organization's structure, performance, motivation, communication andleadership. This report is study of organizational behaviour of Apple Incorporation. Apple is aprivate sector mobile phone manufacturing company(Chumg and et. al., 2016). Its head quarteris in Cupertino, California USA. The Apple was founded in year 1976 and Steve J, SteveWozniak and Ronald Wayne were the founder of company. The primary and secondary researchis performed to know the organization behaviour of Apple. In the primary personal interview ofcompany employees is conducted to get the information of Culture within Apple Incorporation.The different factors of organization like communication, employee motivation and organizationare considered as base of primary and secondary research. PRIMARY RESEARCHIn the research information and data is collected from the employees of AppleIncorporation. Apple is a multinational comp-any with is in business of mobile and accessorymanufacturing business. The purpose of the primary research is to collect the information ofculture motivation and communication with in the Apple Incorporation. The main factors thatlead the behaviour of the organization are culture, communication and employee motivation.Employee motivation and communication is depended on the culture with in the work place.Organization Culture DefinitionOrganization culture is a system which is consists of shared values, assumptions andbeliefs and this shared beliefs and values decides how a person behave with in an organization.Individual values and beliefs drives the behaviour of individual employee.This three factors of organization culture lead to good or bad organization behaviour. Toknow the personal views of employee who are working in Apple Incorporation personalinterview is conducted and question related to organization culture and employee motivationand communication were asked. The purpose of theirs personal interview session is to gatherdata of organization behaviour of organization.Primary Research DataThe personal feedback session is conducted with ten respondents to get the informationof organization behaviour. The data of research are mentioned below.1

What is the meaning of Working Environment.As per the view of the company employees the working environment of the AppleIncorporation is comparatively good from other company. The working culture have two typesphysical and psychological working environment. The physical work environment is consists ofwork tools like air flow, noise around the place, light quality and other physical measures. Andpsychological measures are how the work is organised in the office and well being of employeesand employer at work place. The reviews provided by the respondents are in favour of theorganization. Only few of them are not satisfied with the company culture. So we can concludethat the environment of apple is moderate for the employees and employees are satisfied withorganization.How to Apply for leave ?According to the employees that the procedure for the leave application is little lengthyand time consuming process. Initially they need to inform their team leaders about the reason ofleave and then inform the senior managers on the floor with particular reason. Then the approvalis sent to the team leaders to inform employee about the leave approval. In most of chances theleave is approved by the managers. In the emergency case the employees can take leave just byinforming through the email or call. This how the leave process is supportive for both employeesand company.How the Complaints are treated in organization?As per the answers of the employees in condition of any complaint from employee aretaken seriously to resolve without causing any problem. The quick reaction is taken over theemployee complaints. The team is formed by HR and company managers to perform theinvestigation to find out the problem. The personal interviews and interactions are performed toresolve the issues. This answers of respondents shows that the Apple Incorporation is veryparticular about employee complaints. In extreme cases on the base of strong evidence theemployee are fired to keep the organization behaviour positive for better performance ofemployees.What are the formal policies and procedures of Apple Incorporation?The formal policies and procedures of organization are formed by the management ofApple company to make operation with in the organization smooth for employees to motivatethem.
