INTRODUCTION Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible technology driven process which use for analysingdifferent information and actions taking by top management of companies to improve businessdecision making process (Turban, Sharda, Aronson and King, 2008). The following research isrelating to BI and to understand its importance in organizations, two articles related to Internet ofThings has been taken into the consideration. The area that will cover in present study is IoT and itsimpact on industry and why IT professionals needs to understand it. 1. ARTICALES Write Up 1: Internet of things is a very hot topic in present time. Most of the technology serviceproviders are introducing their products into the market with the help of IoT. As per the write up ofA beginner's guide to understanding the Internet of Things, it has been found that IoT is more thanan internet connection between electronic devices to the users smart phones and other devices (Cha,2015). The goal of this thing is making the service users more smarter and devilver good experienceto them about then technology. For IT professionals, it is important for them to understand andknow about IoT. There are different things that should be needed to know by IT professionals aboutIoT which are as follows. Device integration: At present time, the service users and IT professionals are already using digitalaccount and password to manage their important information. Thing thing has increase the burdenupon end users of internet (Thibodeaux, 2015). Therefore, It experts should use IoT as anintegration platform where they can solve the issues to the consumers during use of digitaltechnology devices by decrease their extra burden and deliver good experience regrading things.For giving total connected experience to the clients and other service users, IT professionals shouldunderstand how to connect all the devices to each other so that it may improve the lives of thecommunity and help the industries to take competitive advantages in the market place (Lui, 2015.).The reason of understand device integration by It professionals is simply improves the lives of endusers. Privacy and security: Choosing a strong password to access the different account is increasing thesecurity issues for internet users in now a days. Privacy and security issues should be understand byIT professionals because number of IoT cases grows day by day (Lawrence, 2015). For thing, theyshould need to considered about vulnerabilities and privacy implications in smart and digitaldevices.
