The foremost determination of this paper is to focus on the relationship between
public affairs education and big data. The concepts, theories, processes and models of the
selected case study will be described in this paper.
The issues discussed in the paper include the use of information technology in the
public sector jobs according to the industry standards (Mergel, 2016). Management skills
regarding the information system is a source of concern for the structured and unstructured
data which is considered in this paper.
Public affairs education uses big data in the design part of their projects. Innovative
data protection and data protection is achieved by the extensive use of big data analytics. The
data driven marketing goals are achieved with the help of big data analytic techniques. The
integration of big data analytics in the public affairs helped the education in meeting their
organizational goals. The fraud activities in the public affairs can also be detected with the
use of big data analytics.
Organizational and institutional change dimension is one of the key aspects of big
data as it helps in monitoring all the activities of public administration. Misinterpretation of
data can be resolved using this concept of big data. Analytical dimension is the other kind of
specification of big data, its helps in improving the predicting power of any kinds of
inflowing data. Process dimension is the other concept of big data used in the public affairs
which are helpful in giving importance to the feedback of the citizens who are the main
stakeholders of the public affairs (Kim, Trimi, & Chung, 2014). The feedback of the citizens
is very much important for the growth and development of this educational department. The
investment decisions and the business decision of the public affairs education depend entirely
on the technological dimension of big data analytics. The critical evaluation of the ethical
dimensions of the data analysis and data collection is depended on the ethical dimensions of
big data.
