a) Explanation for the selection of resource
The problem of resource over allocation that is associated with the project can be
properly resolved by levelling the resources of the project effectively. It is found that while
the resource levelling is performed it is quite important to uncheck the activities that reflect
task split as well as adjustment that is performed on individual assignment. Thus, it is found
that due to levelling of resources, the entire project duration increases while the budget of the
project remains the same.

The project “Bike Share Australia” will be finished effectively as per the goals as well
as project objectives. The project will be successfully executed within the timeframe of
205 days by assuming that the commenced date of the project will be on 28th May 2018.
The entire project will be assumed to be completed by 14-03-2019. While undertaking
the planning phase of the project, it is identified that number of activities f the project
