a) Explanation for the selection of resource
The problem of resource over allocation that is associated with the project can be
properly resolved by levelling the resources of the project effectively. It is found that while
the resource levelling is performed it is quite important to uncheck the activities that reflect
task split as well as adjustment that is performed on individual assignment. Thus, it is found
that due to levelling of resources, the entire project duration increases while the budget of the
project remains the same.

c) Difference between the mpp files
The mpp file that is created for PartAQ1 mainly reflects that the time that is generally
required for executing the activities of the project will be 161 days however the mpp that is
mainly created for the PartAQ2 reflects that the required time is 205 days. It is found that the
time or duration of the project increases as the resources of the project are levelled in order to
resolve the issues that are associated with resource over-allocation.

Message
The project “Bike Share Australia” will be finished effectively as per the goals as well
as project objectives. The project will be successfully executed within the timeframe of
205 days by assuming that the commenced date of the project will be on 28th May 2018.
The entire project will be assumed to be completed by 14-03-2019. While undertaking
the planning phase of the project, it is identified that number of activities f the project
are generally executed including development of mobile interface app, GPs tracking as
well as accounting management system. As time of the main propriety before the
project managers and thus they generally want to hire more team members so that the
project will get finished earlier. The direct cost that is estimated for the resources are

The selected resource for the project is business analyst. This is because the business
analyst can generally create major impact in minimizing the time that is needed for executing
the project of Bike Share.

is generally because the resource over allocation is resolved by levelling the resources of the
project effectively.
