INTRODUCTION
Project management is the practice of leading a team's activity at a prescribed period to
accomplish results and satisfy performance requirements (Ershadi, Edrisabadi and Shakouri,
2019). The key task in project management is to meet all project targets inside the limits defined.
The report is based on project of Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group. In the
report different kinds of tasks are performed related to stakeholder analysis, risk analysis
network diagram etc.
MAIN BODY
Task 1 Network Diagram
A network map describes all operations, projects and workflows for a project visually. For the
schedule, the project and stream of events are planned and its progress is tracked and achieved
by each process (Abyad, 2019). The Thalassemia Service Group and Camden Sickle Cell are
organizations that offer funds to coordinate and educate individuals about music concerts. One of
the main goals of this project is the Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Care Network to raise cash for
sustainable development. The accompanying graphical representation offers a better description
of the begin and finish of the project and assures that the project director is able to operate
properly. Both the objectives and timescales used by the project director to complete at least the
project are listed below.

TASK 2 Stakeholder Matrix
In order to define steps that relate to the initiative, a shareholder diagram is an instrument of
adjustment to determine the project work (Law, 2019). Examination of stockholders will allow
the project to understand the interests of all stakeholders that may be influenced or formed by the
initiative. This stockholder data has been introduced by Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia
Support Group to help understand each shareholder’s priorities and capabilities in order to
mitigate future negative effects and handle negative shareholders. There are several multiple
stakeholders beneath who have explicitly stated their power and concern. This chart is provided
following, with some clarity:
High power, High Interest (Manage closely): This matrix of project leaders comprises senior
leaders, sponsors and investors who are deeply involved and able to make strategic decisions. To
guarantee that each works are carried out as per their timetable, individuals track the entire task
very carefully.
High Power, Low Interest (Keep Informed): Those people participating in this phase were
those who were prominent but less participating in the business strategy, such as manufacturers,
viewers, etc.
Low Power, High Interest (Keep Satisfied): This encompasses those of high latency and low
significance, such as workers, public policy, newspapers, business, etc. They are familiar with
the operational role and perform their task.

Low Power, Low Interest (Minimal Contact): This project plan mechanism puts along entities
with low prices and easy interest that have minimal contact with others on business problems.
Including consumers, presidents, visitors, etc.
TASK 3 Work Breakdown Structure
It can be separated into basic segments by a project design and collaboration construction work-
breakdown structure. A comprehensive task breakdown is an important project that organizes the
team's work into modules that are achievable (Chen and Hall, 2020). The administration of the
music festival uses the achievable task to define his job to perform. Above, WBS is better
underplayed and followed by the project chief of any music festival.
TASK 4 Risk Analysis

the intrusion, so they should be aware of individual
event products.
Hearing damage High The elevated level of concerts sounds can lead to a
great deal of ear damage. Managers must ensure that
listeners are isolated from music systems.

levels to prevent violence.
Slip and Fall injuries Medium Making sure there are no injuries on stage, because
that is of the top importance for the practice even
before actual performance.
Fire and Smoke Inhalation Low Smoke intake should be minimized and insure that
none is harmed by it.
Food Poisoning Low Food consistency must be outstanding and cooks
must focus on the efficiency of nutrition and
wastewater.
Illicit Drug use Low Pain killers are strictly prohibited in the instrumental
concert area.
Heat exhaustion Medium Health facilities are also active and there are low
chances of humans dying due to heat pressure.
Dehydration High People are starting to love the show or like the music
due to the strong atmospheric noises.
Technical issues Medium This should be tested and analyzed to ensure that any
research experiment has not faced any daunting
challenge (Sandhu, Al Ameri and Wikström, 2019).
Financial risk Moderate The project manager should ensure that perhaps the
defined budget guarantees that each activity is
carried out.

TASK 5 determined the measurement to control the event.
Quality expectation- This project is expected to be finished in 101 days by the Music Festival
project team and would be better if done sooner. The Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia
Service Community must conduct all activities within the defined timeframe and within the

amount and schedule funded by an extra 5,000 consultation charges. The group leader also
ensures that the suppliers of quality goods supply all tasks and ensures that they too are effective.
Acceptance criteria- The organizer set the conditions for recruiting someone for this success
task for this task to be completed. Both effects need to be very thrilling and well proven to
mitigate the chances of mistake. The group of photography would like to ensure that the entire
event is covered and that no action is skipped.
Quality specification- Such review or supervision by the project manager through the
development of consistency standards. Where diet, stage, raw materials, outputs, developers, etc.
are guaranteed to meet the priorities and goals of the research according to basic standards.

Waterfall: The technique of the waterfall separates the project activities into linear sequential
steps, where each step depends mostly on induction segment's successful business. The
mechanism is predominant in several fields of engineering. Waterfall is a linear, sequential
application development method wherein current to flow like a waterfall is triggered by
transformation. It is one of the conventional techniques for managing projects. This has also
evolved for the construction sector due to the lack of versatility in the later manufacturing
process, but has cheerfully gained more utility due to standardized external environments.
Six Sigma- It gives businesses the skills to develop their business activities. It improvement in
productivity and decrease in model uncertainties tends to minimize mistakes and increase sales,
morale of workers, and quality of products or services (Porter, 2019). By decreasing the amount
of errors in the procedure by noticing what was not functioning and then eliminating it from the
system, this effort to increase continuity. It uses approaches that are mostly qualitative for quality
control and assessments that are also used by experts in these approaches.
Agile- AGILE is a method that facilitates a strong refinement and check during the
implementation phase of the project process. The Agile paradigm combines development and
research methods, unlike the waterfall approach. Agile is one of the most known strategies for

managing assignments. It is sufficient for activities that are scalable and inclusive. It is a type of
system in which the integrated peer-organization or cross-organization operations, operational
and customer, are established. Originally, the app was developed to correct the Waterfall
solution’s limitations.
