Personal and professional development is a continuous practice in which individuals
engaged in the process of learning and developing various skills, knowledge and competences in
order to ensure higher growth and development in professional and personal context (Jafarabadi

can excellently achieve long term growth in a well define and effective manner.
Value of short term goals with 3 personal examples
Short term goals are those targets that an individual is looking forward to accomplish within
short period of time such as today, this week, this month or even this month. In simple word this
goal is something that an person want to fulfil soon.

Medium term goals involve those objectives that an individual may take two to four
